Delivery
Delivery is by EMS (Express Post) and for orders within Thailand you can expect delivery within 2-3 working days.
Orders for delivery outside Thailand are sent by International Registered Post and average delivery time is 10 days though it can take longer. Express or Courier delivery is available upon request. By arrangement, we can often deliver in person to customers in Bangkok, Pattaya & Chaing Mai. For hand delivered items we would expect cash on delivery; simply contact us on 086 10 77850 to discuss your requirement.
Returns
Our products are covered by a RTB (return to base) warranty. In the event that you need to return an item for service, repair or replacement under warranty you should first contact us by email to obtain a returns authorisation and return address.
We do not offer refunds for customers who suffer from buyers remorse, however if you purchase an item that you find unsuitable for your particular needs then we can usually arrange to exchange the product for a suitable alternative with an adjustment to the price where applicable.
